No it doesn't, but it is lovely, mild shampoo easy rinse with built-in conditioner .

Will this be good on my toy poodle puppy?

I highly recommend this shampoo. It is very mild, rinses easily and smells yummy. We used it with our puppy but love the smell so much that it is still our favourite. The nicest doggy shampoo on the market, just a small amount goes a long way.
