Great luminance for the money.I'm going to be honest. When the package arrived, the size of it had me doubting its capabilities. I thought it wouldn't shine enough. But by looking at the pictures, you can see how bright it actually is taking into consideration the size of the bathroom. Also, because of its small size, you can fit it anywhere.Once fitted, pulling the string up and down (turning it on and off) doesn't flinch the lamp as it requires little to none strength. The weight is really light. The bulb has a little over a 90° vertical rotation. And the LED light I got is cool white and it runs on 3 AAA batteries.Overall I'm glad I made the purchase. Would definitely recommend. I'm glad this product got my first review on Amazon.Cheers!

I needed a battery light for a small tool shed. It makes the dark a good deal less dark so that's positive but you won't damage your retinas. It's pretty cheap plastic so I'm not expecting it to survive many on and offs but who knows, it might surprise me. It's a bit expensive for what it is but the pickings are thin for this kind of thing and it'll do. I've given the adhesive pad a miss and popped it up with the couple of screws supplied.

Cheap and nasty had brighter candles and small than a light bulb

I need this light for a little under stairs cupboard. It came with screws and fixings, however given the location I wasn’t able to fix the light via this means. I really need the sticky to work. Which it did for about 20 min!! The light is great and does exactly what it says on the tin!! But I’ve had to glue it in place.

The light is nicely made. Quite small and will fit easily in small cupboards etc.I bought it to replace the battery operated light in a shed. I haven't installed this light as it simply does not thrown out enought light and is not suitable. Perhaps I should have spent longer reading up on the specification although I'm not sure it was mentioned. This review is therefore to help anyone looking for a light for a small room or shed - my advice is go for another model.

I bought this for a larder cupboard as can be dark at times. This is smaller than I thought but it’s a lot brighter than I expected so makes up for the size, definitely recommend and worth every penny

I have bought two of these; one to put in a little shed and the other in a little cupboard. They are quite flimsy, but as long as used gently (the pull string only needs a little gentle pull), they are fine. Nice to be able to change the position of the bulb. Perfect for the reason I purchased.
