Excellent resource, loved by 3 year old
Little one (age 3) loves this. FUll of a range of activities and goes well with jolly songs on youtube. She loves the rhymes shown and is picking up letter sounds quickly. Stickers and range of activities good for practice and motivation.

great learning sticker activity book
My nearly 3 year old is really enjoying this book. Well designed. Good variety of activities. Perfect for her age to get her started with learning letters. As a primary teacher I think this is great. Will be buying the next ones too!

Good activity book BUT...
It's a good activity book, but the stickers pages are numbered incorrectly. I have attached some pictures showing the problem. It seems the numbers are 2 pages behind. So if it says stickers are for page 7 & 26 they are actually for pages 5 & 24.

fantastic
My 4 year old son was not too keen on using a pencil but loves looking at books and stickers. This activity book has a variety of things to do and really kept his attention. The activities include colouring page, matching letters to sounds, stickers, practice writing letters and ideas like making cress s shape. Will definately be purchasing the next few books.

Jolly Phonics 1
Jessica loves this book - We look at the pages, just to count and see what is on each page, decide what Inky & friends are up to and cut out items we need for her 'sound sheets' (from copies of course) for her 'home work' for Foundation 1. Her 5 year old brother can do it all, of course, and he really enjoys helping his little sister to understand what it's all about. Great for everyone!

My 2 year old absolutely LOVES this. He's obsessed with letters (and numbers!) at the moment and he loves all the little activities inside - especially the sticker ones! I have to help him and hold his hand as we trace the letters but it's getting him used to it before he starts Nursery school in September and then reception after that. I'll be buying the whole set. I'll probably buy them all again when he's ready to do them all on his own.

phonics.
Yes, a good idea. My grandchild didn't really want an extended school day, so it was hardly used. It depends on the eagerness of the child. And how motivated the parent. A good book available if the child wants to.

Happy letter learner!
Incredibly pleased with this book. My daughter actively wants to pick the book up and "do letters". Slightly too tricky for her at the moment (37 months) but definitely helping with letter recognition and associating sounds. The idea of using stickers for tasks is very popular - much better than other books which just have a reward sticker at the end of the page.We are looking to get more of these.
