Q: Packaged bonsai just received. It is a gift for sunday (5 days time).should i unpack and water or leave as is?

Mine came to me in nicely damp condition, but because it's so warm and it does dry quickly, it may well be a good idea to take it out of the packaging. If you're giving it to someone in person, I'd definitely take it out of its packaging. The person you're giving it to is very lucky, I'm so happy with my plant!

Q: How do i keep it moist as there is very little soil?

Spray bottle as soil needs to be damp only not drenched

Q: Is the height just the tree or is it the pot too? If it is with the pot, how tall is the pot? Thank you

Our tree is approx 30 cm tall including the pot. The pot and tray is approx 7cm tall

Q: Hi bought the chinese elm in june this year. it still looks fine but mould is all over the soil. it gets watered every 4 days and plant feed every 7.

It's because it's too wet. Poke your finger into the soil nearly to the first knuckle, if its damp leave it until it feels like its drying out until you water again.
