Its a good product, its not very comfortable but i was able to overcome this by wearing a hat underneath so that it wouldn't chafe my ears amd the product amd has been very usful for my physiotherapy unfortunately the product doesn't come with the weight which was not specified, however for the price im very pleased with it

A great piece of kit that will strengthen the kneck muscles just as it is designed to do.
This harness arrived promptly and was well packaged. I started using it and was well impressed, it really does the job it is designed to do. With regard to comfort and ease of use, I have no complaints and no issues, It feels fine on the head and is sturdy enough to pile on the weights.

Comfy but thats it
Alittle dissapointed this is well made and will last but.. while doing the exercise this rub over the ears and annoying will keep going but...

Fits really well, satisfactory on the comfort but I didn't buy for comfort. Easy clip, good value for money and a good old workout

Hurts ears no chin strap
Rubs metal on ears and has no chin strap like in some of the pics.

It’s actually not a bad product!!!
The plastic pieces that hold the chains on the headpiece twist and they might pull facial hair, and also the front band of the head piece falls into your eyes. Overall it is a very good product though and the quality it’s what you pay for. I’ve been using it for a week and already feel progress in my posture and overall back strength. I would definitely recommend this!
