Q: Is the Megahydrate Powder 50 grams, a better buy than 60 capsule bottle, both on Amazon? How much more loose powder instead of powder in capsules?

The 50 gr powder is a much better buy, but it does take some time to put it in the caps. However, its a far better deal if you are trying to save money. For me, Uriel Silica Skin support powder is just as effective as MegaHydrate for dehydration and I like it better b/c I don't have to put it in caps. Sold by Uriel Pharmacy. They don't advertize it for dehydration but my doc told me about it and it has really worked. 10% off coupon for 1st time buyers and if you really like it and plan to use it often, order 13 or more bottles and they give a huge discount. I have no connection with Uriel except I love their silica powder.

I prefer to take mine on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

This is powder, not a capsule and it is a total of 50 gm and each serving is 500mg of megahydrate and 17 mg of vitamin C. Hope that helps you.

1 serving is suggested to be 0.3g The bottle contains 50g, so it's about 160 servings per bottle.
