Great customer service if there's a problem
Got my laptop about a month ago, and very recently, the network adapter quit working on mine. I had to constantly reset it to reconnect to my wifi, and even then, it would sometimes only stay connected for minutes or even seconds. Sent an email last night and made a phone call this morning, and they asked if I wanted mine fixed or replaced. I opted to replace my laptop, so another will be sent out soon. Other than a bad network adapter, my laptop worked and looked like new and the customer support is amazing!

It only lasted a little over a month
I purchased this laptop the first week in July and today when i went to power it up it wouldnt come on. it has always run hot and a couple of weeks ago the fan started making noise like it was giving out. I have contacted Amazon who in turn contacted the seller and im supposed to hear from them within 2 days about a replacement. we will see if they stand behind their products they sell.

Product description stated the laptop has a SmartCard reader and photo shows one as well, but the laptop sent to me did not have one.

So many issues :(
We’ve been struggling with this computer since day 1. When we start it up, it often restarts several times before it finally gets through and is ready for use. The mouse also disappears quite often and the keyboard gets confused (type one letter and get a completely different one). We want to send it back, but we need it for school and have some software on it that we paid for and can’t really afford for it to be gone ling or rebuy the paid software. Our last dell had similar issues just before it died completely (it eventually decided there was “no media present” ANYWHERE and wouldn’t load).

Crashed Constantly!
On the first day I received this laptop it started crashing and going into startup repair. After awhile, it couldn't get back to the login screen.The specs were nice, but the laptop itself was defective, so I sent it back.

Working the best I have ever had. Upgrade hhd, Wi-Fi, added hhd. Came just as ordered but look new as no one ever used it. Home run
