Has anybody tried to type with the brace on? Have you found it not too bulky?

I measured and I am right at the 7.5" should I get the medium- the 7.5" is at the edge.. or should I get the large and worry it will be loose?

I'm right on the size border between M and L. Any suggestions as to whether to go bigger or smaller? I've never worn a wrist brace. Thanks!
