Can it serve as party food display trays?

It depends on what you want to display. For example I think cupcakes would be just fine. They are great quality. If they serve for your purpose based on size, you won’t regret buying them.

It was advertised that the 4 tiered risers came with T sticks, how do you use the sticks for?

I used the wooden stand for my desserts table, and the sticks were great for serving donuts, it's just the place for donuts. I stacked the donuts and it held about 3-4 for one stick. The T-sticks are also great for displaying earrings, necklaces and bracelets I guess.
