Gatco 1482 Latitude II Slender Toilet Brush Holder, Satin Nickel

I needed a new toilet brush but did not want one that sat on the floor. So I purchased this unit and, with the help of some command hook Velcro tapes, mounted it to the wall. Now I have a hotel-style toilet brush. It works great and looks great. Either way, mounted on the floor or the wall, it's a great looking unit and seems to do its job well.

I reviewed this a year ago - nice looking in a half bathroom.... But it is not the quality I had expected. The handle itself comes in two parts and screws together. It should have been a solid piece. It has broken where the two pieces join and is clearly not constructed to be a functioning toilet brush. Nice to look at, that's all.

Purchased two of these to use in guest bathrooms, primarily because they look better than the usual plastic models. They do indeed look very nice and like most Gatco products I have purchased are well made and a fair value. However, the handle is pretty short and the brush a little flimsy. The brush does, in the end, work well enough and if a good look is important, it would be a good choice.

This is very well made. I love it. Looks great in my bathroom.

Very stiff bristles, good for scrubbing out the gunk. The metal square is a bit cumbersome when cleaning around the toilet bowl as the handle isn't very long. Also I have to turn the brush 45 degrees so that it can dry and not build up bacteria when I'm done using it as there is no way for it to vent when it's in the holder fully.

This brush is similar to others I have seen in hotel rooms, cruise ships, even nicer restaurants. The old fashioned plastic models that always look dirty should just go away.The only thing I wish it had was a bracket that could be wall mounted.

Perfect weight, size, color, etc.

Looks good but only lasted a month and a half before the brush broke off the handle.

Really like this item. Bottom is all-metal outside with plastic inner/brush holder. Black paint is powder-coated, so doesn't scratch off easily. Handle of brush sturdier than expected. Much more aesthetically pleasing than so many other products.

Looks nice in my bathroom. Dont need it hide the bowl washer. Handle could be longer tho. The lid bashes around the lip of the bowl and it is metal..scared im gonna break the bowl. Aside from that its good !

Was priced a little high when I purchased it but I'm glad I did. Construction is solid, super high polish, great fits, great looks.Very impressed with this unit.
