I am an older adult with an acquired rare mitochondrial dysfunction that causes mitochondrial depletion in my muscle cells. Methylene blue (MB) can act as an electron carrier, bypassing damaged or dysfunctional parts of the electron transport chain, ensuring continued ATP production. For me this results in more energy.If you choose to try MB, my recommendation is to start low, as in one drop or 500 mcg (.5 mg) per day and titrate up to your desired dose. I dose twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and in the early afternoon. I never put the concentrated MB in my mouth, instead I place the drops I need in a glass of water, swirl it up good, and drink it down, generally on an empty stomach. MB does not taste great but diluting it water or something like grape juice make it tolerable.I have measured the drops with a sensitive scale and found that the average straight vertical drop yields about .3 mg (300 mcg) and a more horizontal drop yields about .5 mg (500mcg). Obviously there are variables in the way people use their droppers. Obviously you want to be careful and not get any MB on anything that can be permanently stained. I mixed it up in a glass or stainless container.I choose this brand for the quality and the fact that they have 3rd party testing. Why do I choose liquid over buccal troches, such as those sold by media personalities and media doctors? It's simple, although sublingual (buccal troche) offers faster absorption, they have to be held in one place between the cheek and gums for 25 min or so, and if you move them in the slightest you get blue teeth, gums, etc... Once you learn the strength dosing, for me, the liquid provides more accurate dosing, especially in small amounts.

EXCATLY WHAT IT SAYS IT IS. Deionized water and methylene blue for ingredients, that's all.I can honestly say that this stuff works, 5 to 10 drops in a little water first thing in the morning, and no drowsiness all day and clarity of thought without effort. I will be buying this product again when needed.To be noted: Taking a break for a couple weeks or days helps with the effectiveness. Basically use when you know you need to be on your A game. Do not take anywhere near bedtime!Sorry to say I fell for the negative add campaign about "Those products sold on amazon" and purchased Blissta for twice the cost of this. Blissta ingredients: Mineral Oxides, RO water, Natural Flavors and Stevia (NO methylene blue listed!!!)

So far I’ve taken it for two weeks and definitely feel a difference. I’m sleeping better, have less fibro pain, have more energy and less brain fog. I’m only taking 4 drops a day in orange juice to keep my mouth from turning blue. This is new to me so I’m treading carefully. Do your research on MB before taking anyone else’s word for it.

I drank some of this and died. Then I realized I had just dyed my insides blue. Quality of blueness is great. Seems pure enough to make your poop blue as well. My energy level didn't change. I had no pain relief. I didn't notice any change what so ever accept for the fact I died.

I received my bottle yesterday. I started with 8 drops as recommended by my mother who is a RN. This morning I did 10 drops. I mix it with a shot or two of water because I dont care for the taste. I have already noticed two things my anxiety while driving was completely gone this morning and I feel very alert and awake. So far I am very happy with it. I will update my review as more time passes.
