I had seen this fancy version online for nearly $200 and decided to give the idea a try. This one is much more affordable. I haven't seen the fancy one in person, but I can't imagine it's all that different. This holds up well and performs exactly as it is supposed to. The noise doesn't bother me. I'm sure it would bother me if someone else was making that noise in an adjoining room! I normally use it outside just in case I accidentally snap it loose or the weight flies off. Wouldn't want it to crash through a wall or glass deck door! So far I have not had any issues with it malfunctioning or coming loose. And maybe a bit crazy, but I actually find it fun to use. I particularly use it when I'm boiling rice or something on the stove so I'll know how long I've been doing it. Might as well move your body if you're just standing there cooking for half an hour.

This was a great product, I liked it. But I didn’t use it much because it was SO LOUD. I was embarrassed to use it when anyone was home. But if you don’t care how loud it is and you are consistent I’m sure you are going to see results. It’s a great product for if you want a better figure if you ignore how loud it is.

So, it works... When it stays together. I've used it many times and sometimes it comes apart. Once it flew apart while circling at full speed. Could have been disastrous. But when it doesn't come apart, ot works great. Just don't expect to hold a conversation or watch TV while in use. Jackhammers are quiter.

i thought this wouldl be so cool to use to trim the waist. Its a bit too tight. Once I lose an inch or two, watch out. It's' more compact for the space I have. I cannot wait to use it. I will come back when I begin to use it. It reminds of a toy we had when we were younger. Only you put the foot through a small hoop and you use it like a hula hoop only on the ankle.

****Pro-tip**** put some coconut oil or any oil on the inside of the track at the opening then watch that baby fly without getting stuck. I almost skipped out on this purchase, but now I'm glad I didn't. This will for sure help with my core workout and I predict I'll be shedding pounds in no time.I will come back later to update on durability.

Hands down the best stomach reducer. I ordered mine and after 5 days was able to remove a link already. Women hear me... please buy this it is So worth it. Thank you to maker of this and Amazon for selling it.
