I love my new barn door. It was so easy to assemble and hang with the step by step instructions. Its solid, beautiful and glides smoothly. The quality is very good and it looks like a very expensive door. I ordered the wrong size door and so I contacted customer service. I asked them if I could purchase the parts that I would need to make the door wider. I would have been happy to pay since I ordered the wrong size. They offered to replace the door at no cost to me. What wonderful customer service. I would 100% recommend this barn door.

This company responded to my issue on cracked B2 board immediately than expected and resolved my issue by sending me a new one and other parts too. I didn't know what to expect but I'm so happy I took a chance by ordering from them. There customer service is second to none, I highly recommend this company.The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations.I have not put it up yet but looking at it, it's so gorgeous.

They are beautiful doors , unfortunately one of the pieces on one of them came out broken but customer service was excellent and they fixed the issue .

This barn door is exactly what I was looking for—sleek, clean, and a beautiful white finish that fits perfectly with my decor. Installation was fairly straightforward, though I did need to reach out to customer service to get a copy of the instructions. They responded quickly and were very courteous, which I really appreciated. The quality is great, and the final look is even better than expected. Highly recommend!

The quality of this door and hardware are great and pricepoint is reasonable compared to doors like it. Install was a little tricky, 2 person job. Definitely need a board at top for sliding hardware, not included.

Shocked when I realized this door was in pieces and had to be assembled. Easy to do, sturdy and looks high end. I’m a 56 year old women and the door I purchased was the 48”. I put it together and with the exception of having help lifting it to put it on the track I did this by myself.

Shipping was quick as and we'll packed. My installer said all in good condition and as u can see, the look is fantastic!I LOVE it..

Door is decent material and heavy duty materials the only problem is all the pannels are peeling. Noticed this after putting the door together and throwing out the original packaging so no return possible. Check every piece front and back before installing.
