Yes, it is small, though smaller useable capacity
The media could not be loaded. First, I do love this mixer. It’s just me & my husband, & as much as I love the commercial-grade appliances, I do not need them. This will work for pancakes, a box cake mix, mixing your own dressing, & I’ve just made butter with it.Now, let me state some things that could help you decide if this is the right size mixer for you & yours!Yes, technically a 3.2 capacity, & that’s just over 12 cups. I filled it with 12 cups water & it was *right* to the brim of the bowl, so there is absolutely no way you will be able to use 3.2 quarts of anything. I put 1qt (4cups) heavy cream in there & it did a beautiful job with making the butter. From that, I got about a pound of butter, & 2 cups fresh buttermilk that I freeze & use for French toast, pancakes, or other baking. There is zero chance I’d have been able to make a double batch, or 8 cups of the aforementioned 12 cup capacity, without it becoming a huge mess on the counter. So know that it is 3.2qt capacity, but maybe about half that is useable capacity. I have included photos & used a 1 cup glass measuring cup for reference.Next, I have arthritis & the Kitchenaid mixers I have had in the past would now be very, very difficult to move on my own. This little honey has 4 strong suction cups that keep it securely in place on the counter, it’s compact enough to leave in its own spot, & when I do need to move it I can do it on my own & without having to ask my husband. Finally, just a helpful hint. When I took off the bowl a little buttermilk got on the area where the bowl sits, & so I wiped it up. When I went back to do my normal post-use wipe down I pushed it back & there was some buttermilk on the counter. So when you clean it, take care to wipe the bowl seat & underneath the unit itself.Overall, this is perfect for my needs. If I baked like I did in my younger days, it wouldn’t have worked at all.Update, I wanted to show the capacity & mess. Again, not a complaint, just something to be aware of. The video is when it actually turns to butter & goes everywhere. I don’t use the spatter shield, I just drape a kitchen towel over it & it helped. Next time I won’t be making a video & it will be less mess. & this baby is cheaper & better than a butter churn I bought on Amazon & returned because it arrived broken. You will love this gem if you are prepared for the small size.

It has over heat protection! Mixes fast and looks beautiful.
Been using it over half a year now. My old KitchenAid mixer was broken. I make bread often and couldn’t find a deal on KitchenAid mixers. Saw this one while searching on Amazon . Good price and good looking. Perfect size for two people. It worked really well so far. A nice feature is it has over heat protection! One day I forgot it’s mixing bread flour while working in the yard. When I came back. It stopped working. I was like, oh no, I need to buy another one? To my pleasant surprise, after about 20 minutes, it cooled down and started working again! It’s faster mixing dough. Very good looking on the counter.

Better than I thought
Took a gamble on a cheap little mixer, and so far, so good after a week. It fits perfectly in my cabinet and the attachments all fit in the bowl. The head raises enough to give good access to the bowl. The splash guard mostly works, but some flour may escape. The bowl sits securely, and is big enough for most uses. The suction cup feet hold it to the counter pretty good. The machine has enough power to mix dough, but the motor bogs down on the thicker stuff. Don't overload it, and it should last a while. If/when it does fail, I'd buy it again.

pretty except...
ok so i loved this machine honestly.i got one for myself a while ago (purple ) and then i got my SIL one sometime ago as well. my ONLY issue is that the one i got for myself only works on 2 speeds. it has the options for i thin 5 speed levels but like 3 of them stopped working. i turned the knob to those levels but nothing.the grip is REALLY good like it will stick to the counter and not move which i love honestly. its perfectly sized for my fam. i got 2nd one thinking maybe i jus had a bad one so lets see. n i LOVE the light color the purple one.

Reliable and easy to use, company is the best
I bought this mixer in March for fun and ended up creating a business with it. This mixer is very reliable, easy to use, easier to clean, has suction cups to keep it in place, a safety setting so it doesn’t turn on unless locked, dishwasher safe, compact size, not too loud… it covers all the bases for a mixer and gets your job DONE! It has helped my little business blow up over the last five weeks. The price is well worth it!!With that said, I was getting overloaded with orders and my mixer started to lose juice. I had 13 batches of cookies one day and it overheated and shut down on me. I let it cool off and it came right back up to finish these batches, then I switched to my other mixer to let it rest. A week ago, the mixer stopped spinning altogether. I was on the phone with product support (from Amazon) for over an hour trying to figure a way to get the mixer to start spinning again and after talking to four agents the mixer was confirmed dead.Lemme go ahead and reiterate that I started a BUSINESS with this thing, DOZENS of orders every week along with icings and frostings, so I was using this a lot over the last month. I took really good care of it but I definitely used it more than your average baker. So I fully understand why it stopped working as intended. A little mixer like this was probably not meant to handle a load this big. And for the price, I was not upset when it was time to get a new one. I STILL RECOMMEND THIS MIXER!!Anyway this is where the reliability really comes in. The manufacture immediately swept in and sent a replacement for my mixer and it just arrived on my doorstep!! I didn’t realize that it’s covered by a one year warranty. And now I’m back on track to get started on May orders and am so happy to not have to shell out a couple hundred for another kitchen aid.If this happens again I would absolutely buy another mixer from this company and if I ever get to the point of having a brick and mortar company, I’d display this mixer in the front window. And if I do baking classes with kiddos, THEY WOULD USE THIS MIXER!I’ve recommended this product to several people and would absolutely recommend it to you too. YOU WILL NOT BEAT THIS PRICE!! Customer service from manufacture is top tier! And I’m going to start baking right after this post.Happy mixing, y’all!
