how firm are these pillows?

They are on the softer side, rather than firm, but they are not "mushy". I find them to be very comfortable to sleep on.

How tall is this pillow. My pillow now is 2.5". Looking for the same?

The gusset is 2.5" but with the puff of the pillow it is about 3.5".

How many inches thick is it?

My opinion: About 10 inches I think. Soft enough to cradle head & support neck.
