Great experience quick shipping and once they received the samples I had test results in a couple days.

So I had a very hard time asking simple questions about the test. It was not registered to me which is fine but customer service wouldnt even answer basic questions. The time advertised is also not the time frame expected. It says 1-2 days but its more liken4-5 which almost got ME yelled out & accused of lying which i do not appreciate at all. It should should 3-5 days to have better expectations. Not sure how they get away with advertising this. For example, they got the samples Monday. Its now Thursday & they are saying Friday or next Monday for results. That is not 1-2 days as advertised.
