This magnesium has been great with a few things. I take it at night with dinner and around 30 minutes later or so I feel a nice sense of calm wash over me. It has helped me sleep at night and has helped to keep me regularly going to the bathroom. It helps relax the muscles and calm you down. Great magnesium.
