No..... just use product before bed. Do not rinse or any drink water.

What color is the rinse? Will it stain clear braces?

It does not stain. I used this all through my Invisalign and still use it with my clear retainers

When is the expiration date on this product?

There isn’t anything printed on it but it’s got an 800 number you can call if you have any questions.
