I like the quantity that comes in the bottle. You can put a small amount in another container to help calibrate my salinity tester. That way your not contaminating the whole bottle when you need to use it. Expiration date is also good because the solution has a two year shelf life.

Use this to calibrate my salt meters. It works well and is cheap enough.

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I used it to check my salinity reader and it was accurate showed 3006. Pleased with the product. Not super cheap but it says expired 12/25 so I will use it a few times before it expires.

ITEM IS SUPPOSED TO BE A CALIBRATION FLUID FOR 3000 SALT METERS. IT IS NOT ALL SALT METERS READ I000 NOT 3000. OLD BATCH FROM SAME COMPANY READS CORRECT. NEED PROPER REPLACEMENT.

You MUST calibrate your salt water pool water tester. Mine came in drastically off, but with this solution I was able to quickly and easily calibrate my tester. Worthless.

While I would have loved this product offered at a lower price, it was invaluable for calibrating our new water salinity tool/gauge. We just switched over to a salt pool and needed to get the salinity correct. This solution made it so easy to calibrate the tool to precision. Another buyer recommended it and I’m so glad he did!
