The media could not be loaded. For $30and change, I decided to try it out. And oh boy this thing changed my life. I have chronic knee pains and this thing is so very helpful. Instructions say to not do it for over 20 minutes at a time but I go for an hour before I go to sleep and the. Keep it on while I sleep for another maximum of an hour. I am now able to go play soccer twice a week!

I have tried multiple times to get the pads centered on muscles to have it activate them but I am having trouble with it. All it feels like is like tiny shocks or needles hitting my skin. Not an experience like others that I have used in the past.When you start it up there is an initial shock that comes out of the pads when you flip the on switch that keeps catching me off guard.The controls are not really as easy as others I have used and it takes a long time to go through all of the modes.The pads that it arrives with are great and super sticky.The leads are long enough to place the pads anywhere and still be able to use the control.I am going to keep working with it and seeing if maybe I am doing something wrong, but I am following the instructions as close as possible and not getting the best results.Overall I am not sure if it is just my skin type or maybe the pads are not as conducive on my skin, but I was not very happy with the tens unit. It is possible that results may vary person to person, so it might work better for you than it does for me.

The media could not be loaded. I got this device because I have issues with my wrist. I type an awful lot and sometimes my wrist hurt and I don't feel like the wrist braces are helping anymore. I also really wanted to get back out into a more steady workout routine and with all the options on this device it seem like something that would definitely be worthwhile. It's relatively easy to use once you figure out how to use the device and what everything means. I tried to include as much of this information as I could in the video without making it too long. Overall it's very easy to use and I've been using it on my wrists for almost 2 weeks and I do feel like there is a bit of a difference. Time will tell how much this truly is helping me but for now I'm very happy with it. If you were looking into something like this I would definitely give it a try.

If you have never used one of these, make sure that you start out light because it can be quite intense. This offers a variety of stimulation options from cupping to Swedish massage depending on what you like. This is definitely optimal for larger muscles like your back but can be used on your knees too. Im very careful where I use this. Also make sure that you aren't close to any major arteries and follow the directions on where you can and can’t put this. Please do your research first. This tens unit was very easy to figure out and use but I have a couple of other ones that I have used in the past. I didn’t have any issues with this product and would recommend it.

The Domas Tens unit has been a game changer for me. The handheld unit is the size of a cell phone is is very intuitive to use. It comes with a USB charging cord, 3 electrode wires (to attach the massage pads), instructions, the massage pads themselves in different sizes and a double sided holder that you can put the pads on after use. The pads themselves are reusable. The tens unit is a fantastic buy because it offers 6 different modes with the ability to adjust the levels, for a total of 24 individual options! The pads go on easy and also remove easily. They just snap onto the electrode wires. The wires themselves are long so if you are putting the pads on your back you will have plenty of room to be able to sit comfortably and hold the device in your hand. You can also set the amount of time you want to use the device. The tens device has helped relieve muscle pain and helped with relaxation. I can't recommend this enough!!

These modes will change the intensity and type of electric stimulation, but there is no indication as to what those are. You cannot change any of the parameters other than what is pre-set on the unit.This will suffice for most people’s use. Probably, simpler is the better for at-home use. This does work. It is very strong. At the lowest level, you can feel it. The different modes feel different and will require more or less intensity, however, the unit defaults back to zero when you switch modes so there’s no danger of getting a shock. This could have used a lock button because it can increase in intensity if you accidentally knock into it. It is a very well-made unit, and the battery lasts a long time. It comes with one four electrode connector, two 2 electrode connectors, and a variety of good quality pads. For the current price of $32.99 it’s very well-priced for a home use unit.

I am not sure what I did to my shoulder but it seems that every time I move it it hurts. I decided to get this and try it to see if it would help alleviate some of the pain. So I took the tens machine out of the box and attached all of the pads and looked at all of the settings after I put batteries in it. I then attached all the pads around the shoulder muscles and started the kneading impulse on low and as my shoulder acclimated to that impulse I turned it up and did that until I reached a comfortable level that I could live with. I will say this tens machine is nice and rather easy to use and did help relieve the pain enough for me to be able to sleep, which I really hadn't done in two nights. All in all I can recommend this tens machine and it has a good price point making it easy to afford.
