Flavor is decent
I take one every night. They are very sweet. One gummy, which is what I take, will be about 4% of your suger %DV. One gummy is about 300% of Vitamin D an adult needs in a day, that is about 2500 IU. See Supplement Facts on the bottle. If my doctor is approves of these, I will be buying more.

I started taking this vitamin on a date in May that snowed!! We had sun previously and high up in the 70s and then boom, snow. No sun either. A set up for depression :( I took one vitamin, as the highest amount to take is 4,000 IU and the supplement is 5,000 IU. Great gummy, tastes just like a Swedish fish. I can say it worked great, I’m an introvert and I felt more talkative today and happy!

How it works
This is the best Vitamin D and K mix. I take 1 everyday and feel the difference in my hair and nails. This is my second bottle. Recommend for anyone that does not like to take tablets.
