This version is an ANR version. There is a version passive only but the X2 is ANR.

Q: Does anyone know the folded dimensions of the pro-x? I'm looking for a hard case for it and haven't received my headset yet.

It comes with a soft case. A hard case would have to have the dimensions 8.5" X 8.5" X 5"
