Pantastic
This is a great pan. Someone gave it a bad review, saying that the non-stick was wearing off after 2 uses, but fortunately I haven't had this happen. I bought some silicone tongs to use as mine were metal and I didn't want to scratch it and I try to handwash mostly, although it has gone in the dishwasher a few times. I've had it for about 3 months and it gets used 2 or 3 times a week with very little oil needed (just a spray mostly). I wish the same manufacturer also did a wok style pan but I haven't been able to find one by them unfortunately.Addendum - 2 years down the line and the pan is heading for the bin unfortunately - everything now sticks to it. it has developed a few scratches and maybe that's why (I have dishwashed it occasionally and perhaps that's caused the problem. If you buy one, try and avoid putting in the dishwasher and it might last a bit longer
