simplehumanST1031 384ml Liquid Soap Sensor Pump with Caddy, Brushed Nickel, W 11.5cm x H 21.4cm x D 17.3cm

Was really pleased with this, worked very well, until we installed a TV in our new kitchen! The Sky and Panasonic TV remotes activate the pump from quite a distance away, which is really annoying! Have contacted Simplehuman support and got a prompt reply ( well it's nice to have simple human contact!) but they suggested "simply" changing the IR frequency on the remotes ( !!) or moving the pump ( that had occurred to me) or placing it in another room. Not really convenient to have in the lounge when we wanted it next to the kitchen sink! They stated that this does affect a " small number of TV remotes" - I pointed out that Sky has some 10 million UK subscribers, and that this also happens with a Samsung remote from another TV. These 2 brands have around 50% of the UK market, so I suspect it may be more than a small number! Or perhaps I'm only person with Sky, a Samsung or Panasonic TV in the kitchen to buy one of these?Awaiting their response with a better solution!

Fantastic product, wld be perfect if the size of the cady could be a little bigger so I could fit a normal size sponge into the cady other than that I do like the product
