Easy to fit, and works seamlessly, no issues. The design is a bit clunky and could be smaller, but it seems to flow very well. Can’t comment on the quality of water, as I am unsure if the water has changed or not. Maybe run a test.

Really helps with softening shower water and after 3 weeks of use can still see that the water is less harsh on my skin.The quality of the plastic casing is not so good though, as the thread where it screws to the shower attachments easily broke on mine when I tried to remove it to check it. The company did send a replacement as soon as I told them about it so it was resolved easily. But still shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I don't usually write products feedback but in this instance I feel I need to say something as this product is worth my words. The shower filter is amazing. It took me 1 minute to set it up! Yes it's that simple! I love how compact it is. It has changed the way I feel about having showers. No more hard water on the skin causing all type of eczemas and rashes! The water feels as fresh and light on my skin. It really makes all the difference. I didn't know the water quality could make all the difference but having this filter has shown its benefits from the first shower. I am a client for life!

This broke my shower head multiple times, because it a bit heavy. I would not recommend.I am very tempted to return the item. I had high hopes for it.

I bought Tapp 1s as I was a fan of Tapp 1 and had been looking for a solution to soften water in my shower due to having psoriasis. This product, like Tapp 1 is very easy to install on a shower hose. I have been more than thrilled at how it's helped my skin pretty much immediately and improved my dry skin dramatically. With a young family it's also given me piece of mind that my baby is also now bathing in softer water and have noticed less lime scale residue. I have recommended to many friends with children who have eczema. A must buy for anyone living with hard water.

Definitely filters water well. A bit heavy (can be annoying if using hand-held shower head) and bulky, making it difficult to install at the base of the shower.

This is such a great product and I can taste a big difference when drinking the tap water. Before my tea used to be scummy but since I installed the filter it's clearAlso, my baby girl suffers from eczema and I have tried every cream on the market with no luck so a friend of mine recommended this filter for the shower head and now my hair and daughters skin is much softer. Easy to install and good for the environment!
