The kit itself is functional, all the hardware works, but the problem is the android app which is troublesome.It didn't see the additional sub-controllers i wanted to add to the car.In a perfect set up, all sub controllers should be powered first, then the main controller gets powered up for operation. Then the full system needs to get paired to the app on your phone.This way, all sub controllers will work because they were initialized together.If you don't do this, and say you only initialize with x2 sub controllers, the main controller won't see anything but the x2 units that are already paired.Simply put, the app needs to allow for further integration and additional sub controllers in the car.It needs to scan for new sub controllers and add them to the system easily.Other than that, my kit works, the brightness is amazing and it's pretty impressive for what it is.But it is overpriced seeing as the integration with hardware and software is flawed.
