I have arthritis in my thumb and often suffer through the day, in the morning I wake up to my thumb locked (trigger thumb) and using this ball really does help! Within 5 minutes my locked thumb eases and I get movement. Would recommend this to anyone

This was bought for a friend who has arthritis in his hands. It arrived early and is just the perfect size for doing exercises to help with relief

This was a bit tougher than I expected, but it is still great. Especially for the money! The texture was something I didn’t expect but the cooling of the gel like material is actually quite soothing on the hands

Nothing wrong with the hand ball exerciser but I was expecting it to be softer. It was only after receiving it and seeing the packaging that I realised there were different colour balls for different strengths i.e. Pink was soft, this green colour was medium strength, however, for medium I still thought it not that soft.

Bought this for my mum. She said it was good but preferred the heated mittens. My nephew now uses it to play.

The resistance is ok, maybe a little soft but I have been using this after nerve decompression surgery. My main issue with it is the size it is too small and so does not work all fingers properly at the same time. I do not have giant hands so this may be an issue for others.

Good for exercising hands and fingers, just hope I'm doing it correctly...
