NYOrthoAbdominal Binder Lower Waist Support - Compression Wrap for Pediatric/Teen Unisex (30" - 45") 2 Panel - 6"

I ordered this binder to wear after my surgery. I am short so I need a 2 panel 6 inch binder. This binder is soft and comfortable. It came with a little strip of cloth covering the velcro which it said to remove before use. I will keep that little strip to use when storing the binder as it protects the large velcro stip.NOW for the sad...after wearing for just a few days, the panels are starting to separate! It is obviously from the wear and tear of using the item. The velcro has to be wide enough to secure 6 inches of fabric.I will add another post if the panels completely separate. That being said, I have another binder from Amazon which is also very good except that binder has ridges on the panel and these ridges catch and snack on my clothes. I now wear that one with a cami on top. This one is very soft and smooth!I just hope it holds up to 8 weeks of wear.

I received a big bulky binder from the hospital after my DIEP Flap reconstruction surgery, I was looking for something that would fit my short waistline, this was perfect, its stretch is just right and still allows for drainage tubes to run freely. Highly recommend

The abdominal binder works well. I have the two band which is what I needed. It does not roll and stays in place. I am using this for post op hernia surgery. I do recommend keeping the rectangle band as I put that back on when storing and it avoids catching.

Very useful 6” elastic abdominal waist support. The velcro fastener end binds very tight and is a bit hard to release. The velcro fastener end is also exactly the same width as the entire band, so even the slightest off center wrap connection allows the velcro to uncomfortably contact skin. A tapered velcro end would be a smarter design. However the wrap is very comfortable, very thin, feels very good, and provides some real low back support…at a very reasonable price. .
