Nina Simone Sings The Blues

This is one of the greatest albums that I have in my collection and is definitely one of Nina's best albums! Being one of my favorite artists I can say that no one sings the blues like Nina Simone.

Perfect BD gift, it was a home run.

I have MANY Nina Simone collection cdsbut their are songs on this cd I have never heard anywhere else. Well worth purchasing especially if you want to add to your collection. I particularly love the hanting "My Man's Gone".

It is worth purchasing just to hear the song “strange fruit”. Sorry to say that so much of the same attitude in our society remains the same
