I’ve bought knee supports in the past but was offered these as an alternative. They come as a pair, are of a small design making them more comfortable to wear and still getting the same result of effectiveness. They are a universal size to fit everyone, connection is by way of Velcro. Good value for money for a pair of straps that will ease or stop pain from various ailments.

I thought I would try these straps after reading the reviews, I have to use metal steps quite often in my job and they really affect my right knee, which I suffer oesteo artritis with. They do bring a bit of relief and are comfortable to wear , good value and prompt delivery three and a half stars really. But don't expect miracles.

I’m really surprised how this item supports the knee, a lot of knee supports cover the knee which is uncomfortable, this gives support and sits underneath the knee.

I've had similar straps before so I know they help - however this one has been made with the strap too short to go round my knee, consequently it's no use whatsoever and Amazon won't let me return it because it's a health item which contacts skin. This fact was NOT made clear enough on the sales page - returns policy is hidden behind a hot zone. There was no option to choose a bigger one. You should be ashamed of yourselves, this kind of nonsense doesn't help anyone!

After having a bad knee op I have suffered from pain and sporadic failure of the knee over several decades.I tried another make first , and that did work but these latest knee supports are much more comfortable in this current heat 35 C, and they work even better.I had expected to require a replacement knee by now, but 3 years after the first trial these have reduced, almost eliminated pain, increased flexibility and allow me to walk for many miles without discomfort.How do they work, what is the process? No one can tell me, lots of speculation about increased and improved blood flow, but I cannot get a definitive answer.Anyway, though a scientist I now don't care. They work and that's enough for me.Hope you are as lucky!!

This is not as described in description. I have given 2 stars because delivery was virtually by return.This item was advertised as having 8 magnets, red on one side to show which way round it should be worn and two straps to ensure fit. It has no magnets, both sides have red stitching and there is only one strap.Refund/return is not available so be very careful in buying this as it is not as described
