beupro Foot Massage Roller, Muscle Roller Stick for Plantar Fasciitis Recovery and Tight Muscles Relax

I have Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Pain and after doing a bit of my own research and trying other similar foot massage rollers, I came across this one. As I have wide feet, I decided to try the upgraded wider version, which comes in 3 colours, Grey, Mint Green and Pink. I ordered the Grey one. The product arrived and I decided to try it straight away.I found that by using it it was quite comfortable to use. The design is very good and I have found it to be very sturdy.I use it everyday on a carpet and I like that while using the product, it goes back and forth in a straight line and not all over the place.While using the product, I don't put too much pressure on it and slowly roll my foot back and forth about 5 or 6 seconds each way and I do this for between 5-10 minutes everyday. (This is my preferred way of using the product but other people might have their own way of doing it, which works for them). I usually use it once a day but occasionally twice, especially if I have been on a long walk.I have been using this product everyday for about 3 weeks and I have been very impressed with it, I have found that through using, it has definitely helped reduce some of the pain/discomfort in my foot and even though it is a slow process, it has been quite effective.I definitely feel that this product has helped/is helping and my walking hasn't been quite as painful as it was 3 weeks ago.Through my use of this product, I think that it is good value for money and I would recommend it and I have purchased and received the same one again in Mint Green, so I can now do both feet at the same time!

Why did you choose this product over others?:Been using this roller for couple of weeks and I believe it’s helping my feet to recover it’s still early days however I will persist in trying to resolve my feet issue I choose this roller as it was the most realistic price and design as more other expensive ones

Using it for plantar fascitis. Seems to be helping. Follow the first warning on instructions...... "Do not swallow"!!!!!!

Did the job, just roll it under the feet and you get a good massage. Can be used on other body parts but it was brought for plantar fasciittis. Very sturdy and gave pain relief after a few goes.

It was okay. I used this for quite a few weeks in the hopes it would help my plantar fasciitis but it only antagonised it more. Very uncomfortable to use, I wouldn’t recommend.

ease of use..value for money, have given me relief

OMG I was so excited about this massage roll and it didn't disappoint at all. The pain relief from using it on my feet was amazing. It's like it hurt coz of the pain but felt good whilst massage rolling. The best quality massage roller out there for heel pain. 💯 recommend. Excellent design and colours 👌🏾

well im not sure this cures or helps with my sore foot. ive tried using this and im either a wimp as it seems to hurt after a while due to the little dimples on the actual roller or im doing it wrong . i will keep trying to use this item as all help to relieve the pain in my foot is a help. I am not convinced it will help at all though . It is a sturdy built item though and if all else fails it will make a good dogs toy i reckon.
