helps lower my blood pressure, and help guard against uti's
everyone's body is different and respond to things differently, i have high blood pressure that i take medicine for, and i also incorporate certain herbs, vitamins so that i don't have to take a high dosage of blood pressure meds, on top of the fact I'm losing weight and exercising. I have always been prone for uti's and i feel like because this product flushes out/cleanses your kidneys that it is helping keep uti's at bay, so far i haven't had one since i been taking this (of course you still have to do your part and drink water), and i've also noticed that when i take this supplement probably because of the magnesium and potassium it brings my blood pressure down for a couple of hours which is allowing me to stretch out my dosing of blood pressure meds so for me, at this point this is a plus! everyone is different and depending on the type of bp med you take it may possibly lower your bp too much, so i would definitely check with a doctor prior to taking, but in my case the two benefits i get definitely makes it worth taking! I always have concerns about my kidneys because of having high blood pressure so if something will help preserve my kidneys, works and i can afford it i will definitely try it. In another month or so i am going to get my kidney blood test (people who take blood pressure med should understand how important this test is) when i go take the test i'm definitely curious to see what my numbers will be since i'm taking this supplement, if i remember i will try to repost, i do wish it was a little cheaper, but i'm glad that one bag lasts as long as it does because of the price. i usually take one pack in the morning and then one pack late in the evening after i eat, since food does affect my blood pressure, looking forward to seeing my kidney test results.

If you ever fast this is a dream concoction.
I like to do a water fast every 4 months or so for personal health reasons that may or may not interest you. If you have ever done a water fast than you know that the first few days are rough and you can get what some others might be more familiar with if they have tried Keto before is "keto flu" or a headache. I usually take a small glass of water with some salt mixed in and bam headache goes away. Well this is even better than that because it has potassium, magnesium and b6 as well as the sodium (salt) that gets rid of the headache. This is exactly what I have been looking for to get me through those tough fasts with much less resistance and difficulty. For anyone dying to know why I water fast, well, I do it to give my body a rest of sorts. My digestion goes on holiday and any nagging gut issues seem to sort themselves out during my fast. My relationship with food becomes more intimate and less intense. I value food more and look at it less hedonistically. My cravings for sugary foods drops dramatically for months after. I feel better for months after. It's a net positive effect for me personally and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I usually do 3-5 day water fasts with lots of water and occasionally bone broth or sodium water if I have headaches.9/10 Would recommend it for you water faster out there. Hope this review is helpful.

Great supplement, mixes well enough
I mix this into my daily greens mix, and it mixes well enough. It's nice to get a blend of important minerals and vitamin B6. The ingredients listed are: potassium (as potassium citrate) 200mg, magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 195mg, sodium (as sodium citrate) 100mg, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 7.5mg. Other ingredients: silicone dioxide. I like that these are the citrate forms of the minerals and that they are important minerals needed for the body. It's curious they don't call them electrolytes, so I'm not sure if the form makes them different, but as far as I know, these help as electrolytes for the body as well.

Very convenient
As a multi-repeat kidney stone sufferer, anything I can do to stave off another episode is appreciated.I discovered many years ago that drinking a lot of lemon water (full of citrates) greatly increased the time between bouts. There is also some research that a deficiency of vitamin B6 can increase the amount of oxalate in the urine, a risk factor for stones. This supplement contains 4.41 times the RDA of vitamin B6, easily enough to prevent a deficiency.A packet contains considerably less citrate than a lemon, but it is extremely convenient to take, something to consider as squeezing a lemon into a bottle of water and carting it around all day is not especially convenient.A packet, added to a glass of water, is completely tasteless to me.Most of the packet contents is silicon dioxide (anti caking agent) which is not soluble in water, and I can see it sitting on the bottom of the glass. The convenience factor is huge for me. This is so easy to take that I'm not likely to forget doing it.

Interesting product
A bit hard to mix into water. Make sure you add this to water, rather than adding this to your glass first then pouring the water on top. It’ll instantly clump into hard pieces if it hits any small amount of moisture before you try mixing it. Even with an electric frother, it’s a bit hard to mix it thoroughly.Taste is strange. Slightly salty with something else I can’t place. Tastes like you’re drinking spit/saliva.Hopefully it works, I’ll keep taking it in hopes that it’s helping.

B6, Potassium, Magnesium, and Sodium in powder form to add to drinks
If adding this powder to drinks helps absorb better than pills, I'm all for trying it for 90 days. I had gout as a young kid and it has come back to revisit 40 years later. The last flareup I had was my first ankle one and it was the worst pain I've had in my life, easily. I'm adding this to my regimen of avoiding cured meat, drinking tart cherry juice, eating tart cherries and drinking lots of water. Mixes in well with tart cherry juice, definitely does not affect the taste. When I mix it in with reverse osmosis water, the taste definitely is noticeable, not horrible, but I bet my kids wouldn't drink it. I haven't had a gout flareup, but its been about 50 days so far, and adding one more thing to my routine twice a day helps reinforce that routine, so far so good.
