I don't think I even want to do life without these. Sure, I add psyllium to my yogurt, try and eat my veggies, but these gummies have kept me the most regular when added to my diet. I left for vacation without them and definitely noticed a difference. I wish they were lower calories, but I love how they have 7g of fiber to boost me to my 30g/day.

It's too soon to advise as I was taken off this supplement due to unrelated issues.

For the price point, this was a good buy

Giving it a three star I'm not quite sure how they work yet I barely just got them myself but I don't know why it says it tastes good or tastes like fruit cuz to me and my sister it tastes like Play-Doh It does not taste fruity at all I don't know if they updated this gummies but they suck flavor-wise it's manageable to eat but it's not pleasant to eat

These taste pretty good and aren't that hard to chew. Not sure yet how good they work, but thought I'd at least rate the taste and chewiness. To note, I don't have any particular issues with my teeth or swallowing, but I have had some stuff that were a really tough chew, even with fairly normal teeth.

I selected these fiber gummies because they had the highest amount of fiber with taking the fewest amount of gummies at one time, but I have to say they’re kind of gross tasting!
