Best Affordable Solution when you Need Traction.
These traction pillows are the best for getting instant relief. I got this to replace one that didn't survive our big move. I don't know what brand my first one was but it fit my small 11" neck a bit better than this one. The velcro® is just barely able to connect on me so it might be better for larger people.I bought two of these in some kind of discount deal and neither of them had any ball that goes into the tube. I was a bit uneasy at the thought of that anyway, since a ball would likely eventually stretch out the tube. So far they work alright without one, as did my original one. I do feel like they lose air a bit faster than the previous one, but it's not enough to matter much. There is a limit to how long I can wear one anyway.Other than these issues, I have only good things to say. They are well made, strong, and comfortable.

Decent neck traction, slow leak
This comfortable and works. I have pain, numbness and tingling in my arms due to compression in my neck and this helps relieve those symptoms. I haven't had any "choking or strangling" problems mentioned by some other reviewers, I think you just have to try strapping it on in different ways. My one gripe is that it seems to have a slow leak. You do have to pump a lot to get it full (mentioned by others), but once I get it to a good level, I find that three or four minutes later, I have to add more air. Maybe I just get used to it and want more. I will have to hold it under water and see if I can find the leak. It is ok, it only takes a few pumps to get it back to full again, but slightly annoying. Still, I like it and use it often.

Pain relief, thank you
I suffer from serious cervical spine issues and there are days when nsaids don't relieve my pain. The only thing that does give me relief is cervical spine decompression AKA traction. I went through expensive decompression sessions with a chiropractor for temporary relief. I purchased a decompression device but it's a little heavy and you have to lie flat on your back to use it. It gathers dust because it's inconvenient and at my age it isn't easy to get up off the floor. I'm so happy I purchased the Jaximy Neck Stretcher. It's lightweight, quick and easy to use, and it even came in my favorite color (purple). Just a few minutes sitting upright in a chair and the traction relieves pressure and pain. Quality construction provides comfort with no air leaks. Will definitely buy again if this one ever wears out. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The only change I would make is to the instructions. Health professionals recommend neck traction be done incrementally with each session and at the end release the air slowly.

Effective and easy to use
I have a lot of problems with my neck and don’t have time for PT sessions. I get stretched from time to time, and I have a physical therapist friend who barters cranio-sacral work for cat-sitting, but I can’t see her as often as I need to. I wasn’t sure if this device would be a waste of money or not, but I’ve used it a few times now, and I feel some immediate relief. It’s not like it completely eliminates my pain, but there’s a marked difference every time I use it. I showed it to my PT friend, and she approves. Highly recommend!

It good but there are problems
I used to have one of these neck stretchers that worked perfectly. This one from Amazon I am having problems. It doesn't always stay inflated. They mention something about moving the bead in the tube to stop the air flow. When I get the stretcher inflated I can't move the bead. When I get the device inflated enough to stretch my neck it feels fine and seems to hold. So I don't know what's going on. Eventually it does work and the pains and stiffness in my neck have eased up. I'll figure it out. But I would still recommend it. The purple is a nice color and it is less money than the other two colors.

First review:When I first started using the device I was pleased with it. After a few weeks of use it no longer holds air long enough for 1 traction section, which for me is 30 minutes. I have to repump every 3 or 4 minutes.Second review: I have returned the replacement product that was sent because I realized that I had been using it incorrectly. I did not fully understand the directions and I think they could be better worded (in English anyway). The instructions to move the ball in the tube from the convex area (bubble) to the straight tube in order to close off the airflow didn’t seem clear to me so I was not doing so. Once I realized the ball’s purpose the traction device is working well and provides me with a lot of relief whenever I use it.

Not long lasting
I bough this product and worked fine for a while but a few days ago the tubes got damaged, got stiff and split. So they won’t last longer than a year and a half.

Great Product for the Price
This is my second unit of this type. The first one lasted about a year. Then the inflation bulb failed. I used it a lot especially when I travelled. The new one is similar in construction. It gives me great traction, stretching both sides so there is no pinching of nerves. Well worth the price.
