The sample images did not come from this camera. The manual says that it has a fixed focal length of 20 inches. The camera won’t work for anything further away than that. It’s total crap. I requested a refund within 15 minutes of turning it on.

Will work great with surface temperatures, but not air temperatures. I bought for testing HVAC refrigeration leaks, but it does not see changes in air temperatures as gas escapes.
