Lovely customer service
My arrived slightly faulty but the faulty bit was replaced really quickly and communication was really friendly and helpful. Excellent for the price, a bit fiddly to put together the first time but fine once you are used to it. Fits my 2 rabbits.

Dimensions not as stated.
I'm only giving this 2 stars because the Carrier is not 54(D) x 38(W) x 33(H) cms as in the item description, but 49.5(D) x 33(W) x 30.5(H) cms. Even though it says the dimensions are approximate and at the widest points, the differences of the dimensions are beyond any interpretation of "approximate", even when measured at the widest points. If you really did want a carrier that was 54 cms long, this one would disappoint you, and I can't understand why the supplier does not give it's correct dimensions. It's not that difficult to measure them accurately. This carrier reflects it's cheap price, so will probably do if you are likely only to use it occasionally.
