They were good and they taste fine. The only problem is they’re hard to get out of the jar because they stick together.

Helps with Brain Fog
I really liked the way brain fog disappeared after taking this supplement for about 6 weeks. All of a sudden the fog in my brain cleared, and my thinking was clearer than it had been for about 6 years. I can now do a better job of cooking (following directions), completing books that I want to finish, and notice that something needs cleaning. It has been worth the money.

Good taste, fresh
Doc told me I was low on calcium and magnesium and needed to supplement. These aren’t the best supplements to take together because they compete for absorption. However I am def not gonna remember to take supplements twice a day when I can barely remember once, so gave this a shot. Great flavor, kinda like elderberry, good texture. I’ve also read taking calcium supplements can lead to intestinal polyps, which can become cancerous, so now I’m worrying about that and I wouldn’t recommend to someone who doesn’t need it, but if your calcium is low I don’t know what else to do so I guess we are going for it lol. It is 500mg, which is supposedly the max your body can process at once, so I believe this should be a safe threshold. All in all, if you take pills already twice a day, I’d split up your calcium and mag. And if you don’t know you need calcium maybe ask your doc if you need o take it. But this was the best solution for my needs and they taste pleasant

Great taste and full of valuable nutrients!!
These gummies are awesome! I was so happy to find them as it was challenging to find a calcium supplement that wasn't a huge pill! I love that they taste great and are easy to chew and chock full of healthy ingredients!! Thank you for an excellent product and at a great price!!
