Mister Black: A Billionaire SEAL Story, Part 1 (In the Shadows)

Very good read

This is book 1 in the In The Shadows novella and it is full of mystery and thrilling situations for all the characters. I love how we start the story in the past and then jump forward a number of years before the central characters meet again in the most unlikely of circumstances. Sebastian is all sorts of moody man that drives most women to want to know more, while Talia is your everyday person but with a life full of secrets and regret that she does not let anyone else see or know. I do not like giving away the story in my reviews as then what is the point of you reading the book? so i will just say the ending to this novella left me craving more, will they wont they? There are so many unanswered questions but these are put on the back burner when you become privy to the characters thoughts and feelings over the events in the story.

This is the first book I have read by this author, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I finished it in one go, couldn't put it down and am looking forward to the next book. Talia is a runaway and when she comes up againsta hobo who wants her necklace she refuses to hand it over. Sebastian happens to drive up and gets the hobo to leave her alone as he seems to know him. He drapes his rich coat over her as she's soaking wet and frozen. He gets her to agree to let him drive her home and she never sees him for years but never stops wanting him. They both attend a masked party and she ends up dancing with this hot guy, and when she looks into his eyes she recognises him because of his different colour eyes. He is really taken by her, but she refuses to give him her name. Read this book you will enjoy it, I'm off to get the next one.

its ok to read , its a book to kill the time

I really enjoyed this book! For a first book in the series it hits the mark with an insight into the characters back stories and character development.Sebastian and Talia "Scarlett/Red" have met before, 8 years ago and their encounter stayed with Talia. Fast forward to the present, one masquerade party, some died blonde hair as Talia has already been kicked out the Blake's residence as she tries to get the truth from Mina, the younger Blake sister and the two meet again!Sebastian is oozing the dominant alpha male and I think I just fell in love! His eyes, oh how sexy his eyes are! He knows "Scarlett" knows him somehow and I was screaming at my kindle for him to remember her!Sexy time was hot, well written and I never skipped it like I have with a lot of novels lately.I can't wait to read book two and see what happens next!

This is going to be a brilliant series. This first book it's just fantastic. It has everything, a great plot that keeps you guessing, it's sexy, funny, witty and has plenty is angst! Sebastian is so mysterious and sexy and YUMMY! I'm a sucker for a man in uniform!!!! Can't wait to see how this story develops in the next book for Sebastian and Scarlett ( Talia). This is my first book by P.T.Michelle and it certainly won't be the last. I had the pleasure of meeting this lady in Edinburgh a few weeks ago and she is lovely, friendly and funny.I'll be looking out for more of her wonderful books.

I loved this book. Yes, it's fairly short but that's the point of a serial. Talia and Sebastian meet again 8 years after their first meeting. Talia is on the hunt for the truth relating to a suicide and ends up going undercover to a party hoping to meet the one person who can give her the answers she wants. She doesn't expect to meet the mysterious Mr Black and at first has no idea who he is. The sexual chemistry between the two characters is unbelievably hot. There's enough intrigue and questions to make you want more and i enjoyed every single page of this book. I've already pre ordered Scarlett Red (book 2) and can't wait to find out what happens next with the mysterious Mister Black and Talia and hopefully get some answers.

This book is written in the present but constantly flashbacks to explain the story . As a young girl Talia (red) hasn't had the most stable home life and she is running when she first encounters Sebastian (black). She never forgets him, idolising him and putting up on a pedestal in her mind and never expects to see him again. Red has her career as a budding reporter and she is written fabulously by P.T. Michelle. Black never forgot the girl who he saved that night but when they meet again he doesn't recognise her but he knows he wants her and he has her. Black is written as a mystery a sexy hot mystery and YEAH I WANTED TO LICK THE COVER.

Novella or not this is an incredible story PT Michelle has begun!!! So many loose ends with gobs of twists and turns!! And the connection between Sebastian and Scarlett (as they’re letting themselves be known - SOO HAWT!! I love everything about this book and cannot wait to dive in to Book 2!

Eu amo a série! O primeiro livro pode parecer um pouco superficial, mas eu amo as histórias, li toda a sequência e estou no aguardo do último livro. / I really love this books! The first book might sound a little bit superficial, but I really love all the sequence. I can't wait to the last book!

Mister Black and Scarlet’s story is stimulating, toe curling and absolutely a page turner... if it weren’t for the fact that sleep kept tugging my eyes closed, I am 100% certain this novel would have been finished within a few hours.
