My daughter’s hamster loves this for his sleeping area. It is a bit warm for summer weather so he doesn’t use it as much. I recommend it for winter or cooler climates. The price here is crazy and I have since then started buying directly from the seller’s website. It is very soft, easily spread and a little goes a long way. I change it about once every two weeks depending on how long he is in there. It also works great for wild bird nesting material.

So soft and warm for our hamsters they absolutely love it and I feel better about using it rather than the synthetic bedding from the pet stores! Super affordable and I have enough for about 3-4 changes.
