Great for opening the nasal passage at night
I wasn’t sure if this would help my breathing at night, but it did.It took some time to get used to the feel, but you don’t really notice that it’s in place after a while.

Stop snoring
Helps stop snoring but a bit uncomfortable to fit.

Unexpectedly brilliant!
I was so sceptical to try this, but it has actually stopped my snorimg almost every night since I've been using it. Been using it for about a week now and only snored once when I was more congested than usual. I use the small size and it stays in place all night. the feeling takes a bit of getting used to but isn't particularly uncomfortable. I can feel my nasal passage opening more as soon as I put it in and I think this has actually improved my sleep as well as my partner's, who can now sleep peacefully without me snoring! Might not work for everyone but it's worked for me, so well worth trying for the price!

Useless. Hasn't stayed in for one full night
Dont like the fit, dont like the fact that it doesn't stay in once i fall asleep and therefore it is completely useless. My wife also said it had no effect on snoring and that I stilled snored even with it in place.A good quality nasal sticky strip that you wear on the outside is far superior to this product.Don't waste your money.

Ineffective
Worked for my husband for about a week before he went back to snoring again. He also complained of a sore nose after several nights of use.

better than expected!
I've tried this sort of thing in the past but found they made my nose really sore after one night.I found these very soft but not so much so that they don't hold open your nasal passage. They are a butter soft, mildly grippy silicone.I spent a few nights not sleeping, worried it would move or fall out and I'd eat it or something crazy! But they have never once fallen out and now I don't even need to think about it. I've even fallen asleep a little bit 'tiddly' after a party and was amazed that A) I remembered to stuff it in, and B) it was still there in the morning! It never hurts my nose, zero soreness.I bought the 2 x blue small size. (I'm a 5 foot 6 female)

Good but not impressed
Used while running, but I wasn’t really happy or impressed with the comfort. You can feel a difference when breathing slow, however when I’m running it doesn’t fit securely in my nose and many times it happened to lose it. Also, sleeping with it in my nose wasn’t a good experience either. The quality seems good, and it doesn’t look to be cheaply made, but the size and fit are universal and it doesn’t fit my nose for comfort. The one I have is the size S, but it doesn’t feel small and it’s not comfortable. It might be effective if it’s a perfect fit for your nouse.
