Love my color! So easy to mix and apply, my color came out exactly as shown

I mix this toner with a golden blonde color and the results are amazing gives a pearl glow in the sun

I only use on roots or it turns ashy on ends

What I purchased was supposed to be almost blonde but I ended up with the blackish hair I’ve ever had. Followed directions and got black instead of blonde. It looks terrible on me. Either old or just a horrible product? IDK! But not happy!

Even after getting your hair as light as humanly possibly you’ll still have some orange always. Atleast when you do it on yourself. Maybe not salons or professionals but.. I left this toner on for 30 minutes! And it still didn’t change the color. I’ve dyed my hair fully blonde atleast 5 times never had this issue with a toner.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this several weeks ago. I haven't had a chance to dye my hair. I did it this weekend and It didn't even work. Yes I know how to bleach and my my own hair. This is my first time using this brand.

Not sure what happened. I mixed it with 10v and after 20 minutes it hadn’t turned purple like every other toner I’ve ever used. I left it on for a total of 25 mins and nothing happened.

so to start i’m a professional, i got this because i was in a pinch and this seemed promising as wella is typically good quality but this toner didn’t work at all on my level 10 client, but i guess this one is formulated so people can use it at home so it’s less strong than their regular ones! great for slightly toning the hair i guess and definitely a safe bet if toning at home, however wouldn’t recommend this to professionals

Great product, toned my hair perfectly. Just make sure you lighten your hair the blondest you want.

Compared to the liquid wella colour charms this does not work. Usually a toner starts to work right away, I left this on for 15 and saw absolutely nothing. I wahed it put because my hair is damaged and I didn't want ti damage it further to wait and see. Had to use liquid colour charm after . Maybe it needed extra processing time ? But this is my experience.
