Do these dry to a tacky and sticky finish for anyone else?

No they dry like normal paints. No tacky or sticky finish.

Can you use this for nail art?

Being acrylic, water-based paints, I would think not.

Can these paints be used on skin?

I've gotten overspray on my hands a lot and it doesn't seem to irritate skin but at the same time comes off easily with warm water or soap and water so it's not very long lasting, I wouldn't use it for cosplay or something you'd want to have stay on all day

can these be used for airbrush tattoo?

I believe so. You can get specific paints for this, but even those need to be tested on the skin. It all depends on the person's sensitivity. Thier very sensitive these days lol. I think they make kits that allow you to test for sensitivity now. Worst case scenario. The person getting painted will quickly develop a rash if they're allergic to the paint. If unsure. Paint a small dot on the back of their hand asking them to return later to check for any symptoms. Just make sure they sign a medical wavor before hand so you don't get in trouble.
