This along with some magnesium citrate for tolerance due to constipation issues has been a godsend. I did the research and this technology show increase absorption. So far I am highly satisfied. Just got to wait for repeat labs in about 6 more weeks. Will plan to update review when I get results. Heavy periods are driving my iron levels down so it has been tough to get and keep it up.

The pills are very easy to swallow. They have gotten my iron levels to where they should be.
