I haven't even finished my first bottle and my blood sugars have dropped 30-40 points. It is great to see only two numbers on the screen in the morning.

39yo male, 6,4 250lbs 23% body fat, (down from 290lbs and 30+% body fat in six months as of may ‘24).Tried this primarily for stress and muscle fatigue. Smoke & mirrors

The reason I gave this an Overall 3 star selection is that I'm finishing my first bottle (allowing for body absorption). I do seem to have some more energy, but not sure I am getting the full effect like some others. I'm going to do one more bottle and I'll know for certain at that time if this is the right supplement for me as I am 6 ft tall and 255 lbs and believe this is going to work. I am not saying that CortiSync is not working to full extent as advertised or I would not have ordered another bottle to continue this journey. I'll provide further review towards the end of my next bottle.

After 8 days I noticed belly lossI haven’t worked out or anythingOn the 8th day I got up and began working out all day trainingI figured if I lost some belly fat without doing anything I could lose weight if I tried.After the first 3 days I noticed a jolt of natural energy and strength. I was so excited to try Primegenix Cortosync because it promises to help reduce cortisol in the body.As a mom of small children, I find that I have much more trouble losing weight than I did when I was younger, before kids. One of the possible reasons for this, besides metabolism simply slowing for some as they age, is that parents are under low to moderate stress frequently throughout the day, daily, and I think as a result of that stress there is more cortisol present in the body, which leads to comfort eating and also to the body holding on to stubborn fat reserves more than it used to before that constant low level stress. First of all, please always consult your doctor to make sure any supplement you try is safe for you and will not interact badly with any medications you take or medical conditions you may have. I feel it improved my energy and I felt less anxious and stressed out after taking it . It's only been about a week and a half but it does seem to have a calming effect. It contains L Theanine, Holy Basil, Sensoril, lemon balm, lichi, magnolia and rhodiola and is intended to help increase lean muscle and reduce belly fat. You are supposed to take 2 capsules with a meal, and it is supposed to be gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and sugar-free.I am in generally good health and experienced no negative side effects personally taking this supplement short term.

I am towards the end of my second bottle and I love how much more I sleep at night and I feel less anxious during the day. This may be a lifetime routine product for me.
