Drove by too many car fires to not have this in my truck
I bought the pair so the wife and I can each carry one in our vehicle. A lot of car fires in the news. Hope I never need this!

This is a powerful Fire Extinguisher that can handle many types of fires...
I wanted to put an extinguisher in our kitchen, but my wife's reasoning was "when did we ever have a kitchen fire?" It came down to she didn't want it in the kitchen, which was my masterpiece. I hung one just outside the kitchen and another at the indoor entrance to the garage. This unit is listed for several classes of fires, and comes with instructions right on the extinguisher. The mounting bracket allows you to either pull it out or lift it out. The bracket screws right to the wall, and to use the extinguisher you simply remove the safety and point and press the trigger. I hope I never have to use one, but I feel more secure knowing they're there.

Best fire extinguisher in the market!
I unfortunately experienced a small grease fire on my back porch barbecue, but I was lucky enough to have this fire extinguisher nearby. Even though I had to run into the kitchen to get it, I was amazed at how quickly it put out the flames once I returned. If only I had kept it closer to the barbecue, I could have prevented the side of my house from getting burnt. I'm very satisfied with this extinguisher's effectiveness - it has a strong charge and lasts for a decent amount of time. This experience was a reminder of the importance of having a fire extinguisher nearby when using any type of heat source or cooking equipment. I highly recommend this extinguisher, but it's also important to remember to never use water to try to put out a grease fire. Instead, use a fire extinguisher designed for grease fires, such as a Class K extinguisher.I also recommend regularly inspecting your fire extinguisher to make sure it's in good working condition and hasn't expired. If you ever have any doubts about how to use a fire extinguisher or what type of extinguisher to use for a specific type of fire, it's best to contact your local fire department for guidance.
