Insert the pad into your underwear with the adhesive strip facing outwards. Ensure the pad is centered and the wings are folded around the edges of your underwear for better grip. Wear for up to 12 hours, then remove and dispose of in a trash bin. Always wash your hands before and after handling the pad.
