It tastes of chicken.
It IS chicken stock powder. As in, they have taken liquid stock, JUST the liquid, and powdered it, so no funny herb bits or tiny twigs like I found in the old Knorr stuff.It tastes good enough, like boiled/steamed chicken, not the strong roast flavour but not salty either. I will be buying the big pots from now on though, as they give more per pence and I use enough for that to be worth it.

Go for it, It is the best
These are quite frankly the best packet stocks I have ever tasted.This chicken stock really tastes of chicken, with salt, true, but it's still identifiable as chicken, and not some vegetables along with yeast and Mono Sodium Glutamate! (Yuck)If you need a chicken stock or gravy go for it, It is the best
