I would recommend this to anyone... I was very hesitant about ever taking gummies to lose weight. When I got them I was 270lbs and within 3 months I could definitely see a difference I went back on the scale and I was at 208lbs and I stopped takin them for a bit but I'm gaining weight from being off them now so I'm ordering more... All I did was take one when I woke up and one around 7:30 8pm way before I would go to sleep and it clearly worked good

I could give it a 5 star and it's not a 3 star so in the middle. I am 55 years old and I alot of physical things are all happening to me at the same time. So when looking for a probiotic that could help me with some stuff and I had used gogi in the past and had not work I decided to give this a try. First bottle did nothing to me. I felt no change. Nothing. I almost gave up on the product. But I had bought the two pack and send what the heck let just use it. And now I mid down with the second bottle and finally have seen a difference. However instead of the 2 gummies to take I have had to increase it to 3. That is the magic number for me. I take them at night before going to sleep and it the morning. Happy woman appears from the bathroom. This situation has always been an issue for me for years. But now I am seeing results. So I will be making another purchase soon. And if anything I might update later on.

Tastes good,no digestive problems,only have used it a short time,will check on results ,when I'm done with the two bottles.I think it may be starting to curb my appetite

Maybe they worked for Kelly Clarkson, but not for us. We will stick to our own plan which means more self control when eating and what we are eating.
