Works a treat. I've seen better shapes for the design out there but this does hold a bit more water. You need to add water frequently if you are steaming more than one garment.

Really easy to use, heats up quickly, compared to another hand held steamer I bought from a local supermarket the jet stream is a lot stronger and steady, irons out creases easily and the resevoir is good for atleast 2-3 blouses

I always wanted to try out a garment steamer, so I took a chance on this product whilst it was reduced in price on a "Lightning Deal" promotion. So whilst testing out the product in various methods and on different clothing/material items, I have come to the, unfortunately, conclusion, the performance is not adequate and the product has been returned to Amazon. As it failed to remove even light creases out of my clothes with plenty of visible steam whilst testing both on the low and high settings dependent on fabric material of the garment. I gave this product a Chance(!) including reading the poorly translated(?) English portion of the user manual multiple times but to no avail. Also, there is a discrepancy between the product description stating "15s Fast Heat-Up - start to steam in seconds" as the user manual (photo attached) clearly states upwards of 40+ seconds is required until the product is ready to use. I gave the 2-star rating for the product look, 2-1 smart dual-use design, and packaging but otherwise failed to deliver results! I would never enjoy writing low scoring reviews, but felt the necessity for a £39.99 priced product which I deem premium comparable to other similar products on sale for a lot less.

I ordered this streamer az an Amazon electrical deal, based on 8 reviews, all 5 star. Collected it an hour ago and opened the box to find a second hand, terribly worn out produc with lots of scratches on the iron (see picture for yourself), thick scale on water tank (see picture), scratches all over the steamer,... I am in disbelief and totally shocked. The warranty card has been soaked in a yello liquid; documents soiled...
