All was as expected 😂👍

For the first two minutes I wondered if I had gotten a dud. There really is no more initial burn than putting a pinch of dried cayenne in your supper. But then it started to really burn. Definitely had to drink a small glass of milk and some water. It continues to burn about 30 minutes after it starts. There are some mild cramps that accompany it.. probably would describe it like, mild period cramps. Take some nsaids and you'll likely be fine. Fun to try for a spice lover but I think I'll stick to pepper powders (on chips or otherwise) that have flavor not just burn.
